With that nasty virus sticking around like a bad smell unfortunately some delays are being experienced at Australia Post. Your order with be sent out within 1 business day but delivery times may be delayed. Please contact us if your delivery is significatly delayed. Thank you for your patience and support at this time.

Shipping is calculated at check out.

It's simple. We need to communicate information to you during the shipping process. The easiest way to do so is via email!
After checkout, you will receive an Order Confirmation email letting you know we have your order and details of our next steps.
Once your order has completed processing (packed, labelled and shipped), a Shipping Confirmation will be sent to your email with the tracking details from the shipping company.
The shipping companies need a phone number on the shipping details for their tracking as well.
Don't worry, we won't overwhelm you with emails. We simply want you to know how your order is progressing and when it will arrive.

Our orders are usually dispatched within one working day or as soon as possible within reason. If an order is placed on the weekend it will be processed on the next business day. Please note we do not accept returns for any opened goods. All goods are thoroughly inspected and packed before dispatch. However if the product has been damaged in transit please get in contact with us and we’ll have it sorted for you.

All our orders are shipped from Butchermans HQ based in Queensland, Australia using Australia Post. In some cases if deemed appropriate we will use an alternative courier.

We currently do not ship overseas directly from our website, but we’d love for you to get your hands on our jerky and can organize to send to you on request. Just send us an email and we’ll work something out.

We currently use Australia Post standard shipping which usually tasks 3 - 5 days for delivery. If you need an urgent order and have a massive craving for our beef jerky, just give us or call or email and we’d be happy to work something out with you to have it express posted. We love making our customers happy so please don’t hesitate getting in touch.
